All of our relevant trademark and design data we directly recieve from the patent and trademark offices and from professional providers. The databases are hosted, refined and harmonised by us.

Important: All data is permanently synchronised and updated on a daily basis – so you can be sure that your searches on POLYMARK will always be carried out in a database that is up-to-date with all the relevant  information.

Disadvantage at this point: The databases of the different offices are working often on their own mechanisms and a user has to get used to each new platform and their individual functions. Reporting is usually not possible and some data has gaps because the entries for example are not available in digital form.

Text elements from images are added manually by us Vienna Classes (image classes) are assigned and missing data is scanned and made available digitally.
